The house is fully insulated (walls included) and double glazed. 1 bedroom in the house plus an insulated and double glazed sleep-out right next to the back door as a 2nd room. Ideally, we would like to rent it like this but there is the option of a 2nd bedroom in the house if needed.

To keep things simple, this private rental is all inclusive as long as fair usage (broadband, electricity, gas and water)
Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with great nature views.
Property not ideal for pets as not fully enclosed.
