Our furnished, modern unit is available from 30/09/2021, subject to the valid Alert Level being imposed to allow relocations to resume, and no extensions of time requested by the incumbent tenant.

The property is fully self contained and includes:
- Full kitchen with fridge, cutlery and dinnerware
- Full modern bathroom
- Heatpump
- TV
- Dining table
- Fully covered outdoor deck with heater
- Queen slat bed, mattress supplied - BYO linen
- Sofa bed to sleep additional x2 people (not permanent, visitors only)

Inclusions:
- Water is included in the rent
- Internet Wi-Fi can be provided for $20 per week or you can connect your own router
- Power is charged at 20% of the monthly bill

Furnishings:
- Most furnishings must come with the property. We MAY be able to accomodate the removal of some items to save you storing anything, however those ready to go without this requirement will be given first priority as it will cost us to store the furnishings we’ve already supplied.

Rent and bond:
- Bond is 3 weeks
- Rent is 2 weeks in advance
- Rent is NOT negotiable
