There is a 2 burner cooktop available along with the aforementioned microwave. The private outdoor patio sports deck chairs and built-in seating for relaxing. Warm and sunny with underfloor heating in the bathroom.

The studio is well insulated so as to be warm in winter.

Gardens and lawn mowing are included in the rental.

The furnishings are tasteful and high quality. Rental depends on the length of stay. $360 per week for 6 months or more, plus power, water. Slightly higher rent for a shorter term.
