The apartment is fully insulated to healthy home standards and has an effective heat pump.
The lounge has a sofa and additional chair and television.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove (with an oven), fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The laundry cupboard is in the kitchen and has a washing machine and dryer. There is an outdoor washing line available.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, a wardrobe and another storage cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside tables and bedside lights.
The bathroom has a shower with good water pressure, a generous vanity with storage below, a heated towel rail, extractor fan and mirror and toilet.
The house is located at the top of a shared driveway, set back from the street. There is off street parking for two cars.
The apartment is on our property and has been a successful holiday rental for 15 years, but now we would like to offer it as a rental unit. This property would suit a single person or a couple. As the property is not fully fenced so it is not suitable for pets.
We also offer an option to have the apartment cleaned weekly and have linen supplied and changed weekly. The cost for this would be $600 per week.
