We are a family of three , both in the 30’s and 1 year old baby ,House is located in a very quiet area at the end of a drive way. Parking is available in the courtyard . The room is 2,5m x 3,5 m and is it partially furnished like pictures show. We are looking for a boarder who is respectful person and pay rent in time, non smoker.
Rent is 275$ weekly included power, water and internet. Bond is two weeks to be payed in advance along with the first week rent.
