It is close to the train station and the shops. It has four double bedrooms, one is absolutely huge! Master upstairs has a super king bed, second bedroom upstairs has a queen. There is a bathroom with a shower over a bath next door to both rooms. Downstairs has a huge room with a queen and a single, the fourth bedroom has a queen. All bedrooms apart from one have built in wardrobes, the other has a wooden wardrobe in place.
There is a bathroom between the lower bedrooms too . It has a shower cubicle and laundry included with a large washing machine and dryer. It also has a tub.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a large pantry, a dishwasher, microwave and all the crockery, cutlery and equipment you can think of. There is also a coffee machine and a few pods to start you off.

There is a dining/ lounge next to the kitchen and a sliding door going out to a deck with bush views. A large TV and DVD player is for your use. Two couches.
It is a bush clad quiet area and the neighbours want to keep it that way. Looking for quiet tenants who are respectful to the community as well.

Power is not included here but I can give you a quote with power added if you like. The whole house is fully equipped and ready to go. Looking for long term stay preferably but will consider other options.
