The house is snug and warm. Insulated above the standard required by government regulations, it has two methods of heating, a wood burner and heat pump.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, master with ensuite. The large double garage and workshop downstairs also has a room that could be used as either an office space or further bedroom. On the first floor is a separate bathroom with shower.

Pets negotiable on a per case basis. The section is not fully fenced.
