My partner and I (in our late 30s and into health and fitness), are looking for an exceptionally clean and tidy, quiet, friendly, motivated, professional couple to move into our home. You will be extremely responsible, treating the property and our belongings with care and respect.

This is not a rental contract but a house-sharing agreement where we retain part of the garage for storage. You will need to be happy for us to be at the property regularly to do garden maintenance, and to check the property and our belongings are being looked after to a high standard, and to sort through our belongings that are stored there.

Price includes garden maintenance but not lawns.
Power and internet are set up and I will send you the bills to pay monthly.
Bedroom furniture will vary from that pictured.
You need your own linen, bedding and towels.
We will require references.
Move-in costs: 1-week rent in advance and four weeks bond.
