The house is really sunny. The sun wraps around the house coming in the morning in the kitchen and setting with light flooding in through the bedrooms upstairs. The balcony get sun for most of the day from lunch time. You can watch the sun set over Paritutu which is beautiful.
You can see the distant sea from the living room and Paritutu Rock from the balcony.
The house is very warm in the winter with an economical central heating system (ducted heat pump in the roof through to all rooms ) and a real flame gas fire in the living room which is lovely for atmosphere and cosy vibes in the winter months.
The kitchen is beautiful and I enjoyed this most about this house, so nice to cook and entertain in. the double door fridge is included in the tenancy.
All 4 bedrooms are a generous size that all fit double beds. The fourth room downstairs is a great teenage retreat, my son loved having his own space but also could be utilized as a second lounge or home office. There are two bathrooms that are modern with beautiful big showers with great water pressure. One of the bathrooms also has an oversized bath which a so nice to relax in and easily fits two! There is also a separate toilet.
The internal access garage is suitable for one car, plus storage shelves. Additionally, there is a study nook at the bottom of the stairs

Will discuss pets as part as the tenancy if they are well looked after / trained. Although the section is not fully fenced.
