These 2 compact houses are in the final stages of getting completed, so are brand spanking new! They have an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge, a short hallway which has a linen cupboard and a laundry behind sliding doors. There is a spacious fully tiled bathroom, with a 1 metre x 1.8 metre custom shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet. Hot water heating is gas infinity. Each home has 2 bedrooms, which are small, (3mtrs x 3 mtrs), so will fit up to a king bed and 2 bedside tables only. Hence the wardrobes have custom inbuilt drawers, shelves and hanging rails, (as per the picture in the photo gallery), wardrobes are not quite completed yet. The kitchen has the dining table incorporated in it's design, has electric oven and cooktop. There is a heat pump in the lounge for heating and cooling. One house has a north facing deck with balustrade and a small concrete courtyard area to the side. The other house has a concrete patio with tropical gardens to look after. No lawns to maintain for either homes and both have a clothesline and small 2000Litre shed out the back for bikes, beach gear etc. We have planted a hedge to separate the 2 driveways, which once established will divide the two homes for privacy.
