We are looking for tenants for our house we’ve lived the last three years in. The single semi-detached house has 3 double bedrooms and a large open plan living / kitchen / dining area with plenty of light.

You’ll have a modern kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven with induction (you’ll need your own fridge though).

Two heat pumps, a wood burner and a DVS keep the house warm and dry.

From the northwest facing side you have a beautiful view over the valley towards Mt. Kaukau. The house gets sun all day round.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the hills from the living room or the large north-west facing deck. From the kitchen you have access to a sheltered and private courtyard in the back for your BBQ.

The house offers plenty of storage with loads of cupboards in the kitchen and built-in wardrobes in two of the bedrooms plus a wardrobe with a mirror. Underneath the house you have space for your tools, bikes, surfboards, etc.
