The room is fully furnished with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, bathtub, bed, heater, vacuum cleaner, sofa, TV, table & chair, 2 closets for each of you. Pillow and bedsheet will be provided too. Basically you'll have everything ready for you to move in!

The rent is included cold water and unlimited internet. Power bill will be sent to you by the end of each month.

Move in cost: 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.

Minimum lease: 3 months.
