Lower Cannon Hill Cres is an excellent location: low enough to bike to town on the cycleways, or a walk to Ferrymead Park or to Ferrymead shops. High enough for a view.

The house is split over two levels. We access the upstairs area via a separate entrance or garage. We are a professional couple with a toddler and a friendly dog. The dog doesn't have access into your apt.
