It has open plan living & a small but functional kitchen. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs with a combined laundry, bathroom and separate toilet. All bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes

There is a covered carport for one car but off street parking for multiple vehicles. There is also a 20ft container to store bikes, snowboards & anything else you own.

The property is not fenced. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, I.e there are no fences. A cat or lap dog is probably the most suitable for the property. Smokers are okay, you must smoke outside though.
