Welcome to our wonderful beach retreat, positioned in the morning and day sun and offering privacy and spectacular views over Wellington's popular south coast and beyond. The City and Wellington Airport is less than a 10 minute drive and the bus stop an easy walk close by.

Our accommodation is available from January 2024. We are presently offering guests a minimum of 1 to 3 month tenancies. If you require longer, we would consider rolling the tenancy for a further 3 months.

Our winter weekly rate includes power and gas (capped at $200 per month), Extra Fast WIFI, all linen, firewood and the commercial cleaning fee on departure. However, we do expect that you would leave the property in the excellent condition that you found it in.

Our fully furnished property provides a great indoor outdoor living space. The lovely feedback we receive refers to its great location, comfort and quietness. All windows are double glazed, there are two double bedrooms, and one bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked including microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and mod cons. The washing machine and dryer reside in the basement.

The spacious deck offers close views of the ocean and water sports. A perfect spot for brunch and relaxation. From the rustic grassy upper landing you can enjoy wow factor views across the beach, the airport and out to Pencarrow Heads and the Cook Straits. A further room on the lower level is used only by us for storage and has separate access. There is an additional secure lockup area for you and your toys.

Lyall Bay has a warm and friendly vibe offering an amazing lifestyle and an abundance of healthy living options. It boasts a world class surf break and a safe and expansive swimming beach. With extensive coastal bike lanes and walkways, and quality restaurants and cafes, shops, galleries and beer breweries, the area is a popular destination to live in or visit.

We offer a healthy, smoke/vape free house. Refs required, no pets please.
