It has a single bed and desk, fully functioning kitchen and bathroom. It only has a fridge, no freezer - the supermarket is close by. The laundrette, $3 a wash and dry, is located down the hallway. You just need to bring linen and kitchen utensils to move in.

The building is secure and quiet, although this unit is ground floor and faces the road, so does get some road noise.

There is no parking so would suit a student or single without a car. It is a short walk to the university and the supermarket and britomart are not far away.

The current tenant leaves on the 30th of November, and the apartment is avaiable from anytime after that. Viewings are available by request and arrangement with the current tenant.

Tenancy is periodic to give the tenant flexibility, move in costs are 2 weeks bond and first weeks rent.
