This is a newish tinyhome located 7 mins south of Hastings. A quiet country location. It is suitable for 1 or 2 adults only as it is not fenced and on a working farm with many hazards. Definitely no pets. It is currently partly furnished (you can bring stuff you own if you like).

Sleeping: 1 mezzanine bed platform with 1 double mattress.
Bathroom: Has a shower, vanity, heated towel rail and composting toilet
Kitchen: Quite a bit of kitchen cupboard space, 2 burner electric hob (not a gas hob), table top oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pots pans etc.
Lounge: 2 seater couch
Storage: a separate small mezzanine that is useful for storage.
Washing: outside shed with washing machine just beside the deck
Parking: off street, but not undercover. Parking for multiple cars
Heating: Instant hot water system
Outside: large deck with a large table and chairs, a garden and paths (still in progress) that we will look after. No lawns ;-)

Internet - you will need to organise a wireless provider like WirelessNation
Rubbish collection (we are rural, so there is no rubbish collection)
