This 3 bedroom + study house is double glazed, has recently replaced carpet, curtains and heatpumps, and is pet friendly (you can spot at least 2 animals in the photos!) The house is elevated above road level and gets great sun from midday to sunset to the living areas and the master bedroom.

On the top floor there is a massive master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite, as well as a small study or nursery. On the middle floor there is a large living area, kitchen, dining and entertainment space set up in open plan, two double bedrooms with wardrobes, and a large family bathroom. The kitchen is large with ample storage, and includes a fridge/freezer, double dishdrawers, double oven and a gas stovetop with rangehood. On the ground floor, there is a large double garage, laundry nook and the entrance way.

The section is quite small and is mostly made up of a concrete courtyard with a small grass area - it's worked well for our dog, but she spends most of her time inside. As we are relocating to another town we are looking for tenants who will love living here as much as we have.
