Theres two bathrooms (one with underfloor heating) and a large kitchen/dining area with bifold doors opening out onto the deck.
The house has a woodburner, heat pump, dryer, washing machine dishwasher, two TV's and all the modern cons. Bed linen is available if required. Sky and Wifi are included in the rent.
Must be clean and tidy. ie. vacuum, clean bathroom area and kitchen etc. Power will be split between the tenants.
Existing tenants are two male fulltime working professional. Therefore this is ‘not’ a party house.
The house has three bedrooms plus office/ storage room and is located centrally to all public transport, cafe's, restaurants, supermarkets and beach for example.
We're looking for a professional person for the bedroom.
Must be reliable and pay bills on time.
