Please note: This is a boarding/rental situation where you have one bedroom unit with open plan kitchen and living area for your private use inclusive of bills but no wifii and comes unfurnished. Unit is sperate from and away from the main house but situated on our home property where we live.

The unit is nestled between Te Awamutu (15mins) and Otorohanga (10mins) on a lifestyle section between two working dairy farms. Hamilton is between 45-55mins drive depending on which area of Hamilton.

Will suit a person or couple who enjoy a peaceful lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle. Would be ideal for individual who travels for work a lot and needs a base.

Please note: We have several dogs of various sizes who have free rein of the section so please only apply if you are comfortable around and enjoy dogs.
