This is one of three small cottages on the property. It is in a quiet area at the end of a cul de sac. The neighbours are friendly but respectful of each other's privacy.

It is suitable for up to three adults or two adults and 2 children under 10. As the rooms are small it doesn't appeal to tall people or those with large furniture.

There are 2 Primary schools in the area, 6 local Early Childhood centres, one Intermediate school and a College all within 10 minutes walk. One EC centre and one primary school offer full immersion Te Reo and One Primary School offers partial Te Reo and also teaching in French.

The area has plenty of sporting grounds, children's playgrounds and areas for bushwalks etc
