The room is $370 a week for a couple, and $310 for a single - excluding monthly expenses. The bond is $1150.

The house is three stories located in a quiet subdivision, there is free parking outside. Five minutes from the nearest bus stop connecting you to the rest of the city! There are two existing flatmates you will share the house with, both yo-pros and recently moved in.
