The Home has three levels - three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and large deck on second level.
Pictures were taken during an Open Home ~two years ago. Minor changes.
There is an internal access garage, and two uncovered parking spaces within the gated complex. There is a main gate which requires a code (cellphone will need to be registered for this, so random numbers cannot open the gate), and a keypad, pedestrian access gate at the other end of the complex. Safe, secure and quiet.
Prospective tenants must be respectful to the neighbours, as the complex is a quiet and peaceful place to live.
Large deck area and good sun from ~midday onwards.
The home is in the immediate vicinity of the Mt Albert Train Station and Unitec, Carrington Road. A few minutes walk from the Mt Albert shops and restaurants/takeaways. Approximately, a kilometre from the main Motorways.
The house has an alarm and heat pump.
Water usage and waste is managed via the complex's Body Corp - invoices/payment are scheduled ~3monthly to the tenants via the landlords. Tenants' other utilities are self managed.
No pets or smokers.
A maximum of five tenants (e.g. two couples and a single).
The building will be getting washed, followed by shrink-wrap, and painting of the second storey. All work will be external, and personal access in/out of the Home will unaffected, but the garage, and one parking space, will be obstructed for the duration.
