A very quiet house available with 2 bedrooms a large living area and separated bath and toilet. The house comes unfurnished.
We currently have 4 chooks and 2 cats living on the property. You can either take over caring for them or we’ll have to find a new home for them. The chooks are happy layers, so you’ll have plenty of eggs if you choose to keep them.

There is also a well maintained garden with an abundance of fruit and vegetables that would need to be cared for. (I.e. avocado, peach, figs, blueberry, Meyer lemon, rasp- and boysenberries, apricots, strawberries.. to name a few)

We are looking for a professional couple. (max 3 people)

There’s an option to move in earlier for $250/week, but you’d have to share the house with us until our departure. :)
