The house suits four - a family or a group of flatmates.

Fully insulated with heat pump in an open plan living area. Interchangeable lounge and dining area opens up to a deck with the lovely leafy view. The kitchen adjoins the open area so remains a social space. Good surface space, double sink, several cupboards and rangehood.

3 bedrooms. One double with ensuite (shower and toilet) and walk in wardrobe; two singles each with built in wardrobe.
Separate toilet; bathroom with bath and shower.

Downstairs:
Large carpeted room with heat pump - can be used flexibly.
Laundry

Up right of way, in quiet family neighbourhood. Small fully fenced garden.
Outside parking at the house for 3 cars.
Up to two house trained cats; no other pets.

Before I give a viewing, please tell me a little about who will live in the house, and whether you plan on having a pet. Some whiteware and furniture could be left if needed. Preference will be given to non smokers, and people who are interested in a fixed term agreement, preferably for a year,

There are tenants in the house so I will have only one or two viewing times, and apologies in advance as I cannot be sure how tidy the house will be.
