The room available is the master bedroom, a spacious 3.6m x 3.8m room, with a walk in wardrobe and a private ensuite. It can be let furnished or unfurnished.

Expenses are included, and covers the reasonable use of Electricity, Gas, Water, Rubbish, and Fibre Broadband. (Note: For a couple ... the total rent will be $450 per week inclusive of Expenses)

The house is a quiet and sunny 2 level 3-bedroom home with off street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac. Open plan living areas, sunny deck, nice garden and a very private setting. The house is fully furnished. Parking is available on site.

We are in Castor Bay, North Shore. A short walk to beautiful beaches, parks, shops and cafes. Close to Milford marina and Milford Mall. On a bus route to the city via Takapuna or Smales Farm.

Ideal flatmate: A male or female, or couple working full time, over 45, drug free, drama free, clean, tidy, thoughtful and considerate. No pets or Smokers.

Current Flatmate: An older working Male, plus occassional myself.

Start costs are a bond of 3 weeks rent plus 1 weeks rent in advance
