We are looking for a flatmate Single / Couple to join our place in Mangere Bridge. We’ve got a spacious brand new double room in our new 3-bedroom townhouse. All fully-furnished and all appliances provided, just bring your belongings and move in !

Ideal 1 year tenancy term is preferred.

You'll be living with 2 other flatmates (1 male & 1 female) who are friendly and easy going (both working professional)

Conveniently located within 500m of Walmsley Road on-off ramp to the Motorway, easy access to public transport with a bus stop directly in front.

Close proximity to Middlemore Hospital, Auckland Airport, Mangere Bridge and Mangere Town Centre.

About You

We are looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, easy-going, friendly towards others and maintain good hygiene.

Rent :
(Double room, own bathroom + Study)
Single: $280 per week
Couple: $350 per week
Rent includes ALL utilities (water, hot water, electricity, wifi) !

Total move in costs = Bond (2 weeks rent) + Rent (1 week in advance)

Plenty of on street carpark located adjacent to the main street.

The place will be available in the month of February and timing is flexible.
