The cottage is just 20 minutes away from the supermarkets, schools and shops of central Kerikeri, and has stunning views over the inlet and direct beach access down through native bush.
The downstairs single and double bedrooms and new bathroom are heated by a heat-pump. The upstairs open-plan kitchen, lounge, double bedroom and bathroom are heated by a wood-burner and also by the downstairs heat-pump.
The upstairs bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and has space for a desk should you be working from home.
There is new under-floor insulation throughout the cottage. Heated towel rails in the bathrooms.

There is a small garage which houses the washing machine and tub. The garage can also be used for basic storage but is not suitable for a car. There is a steep wooden path through native bush down to a beach.
Rent does not include electricity or Wifi. The property is on tank water.
