This cottage is a sublet from (us) the tenants in the main house next door, however the area is separated by hedges and private from the main house and we are really cool landlords who will leave you to it! There is a paddock right next to the cottage which at times might have a horse or two grazing, or a few pet sheep to pat. There is also the possibility for horse grazing on our property of 12 acres at an extra charge.

Suitable tenants would be a working young couple, or single person. Must be easy-going, relaxed people! One cat ok but no dogs or smokers please.
