Just finished renovation with new paint and new floor (bedroom). The heat pump will be installed in late July or early August.

One bedroom flat with its own lounge & kitchen. One semi-closed conservatory could be a place for enjoy breakfast, reading, and even becoming a home gym. The flat also includes a separate boundary & storage space.

We are looking for a couple or single person as tenant. The price includes water bill.

Please note: this is a separate legal income one bedroom flat and there is a 3 bedroom house at above available for $625 per week. We are welcome someone rent them both.
