The studio is a charming little haven right in the bush for alternative lifestylers and anyone who enjoys peaceful living close to nature. Enjoy tranquil surrounds amongst protected native forest.

Suitable for one to two people, has a cosy wood burner, and a deck overlooking forest. Basic yet insulated, warm and clean.

No flooding, leaks, or issues. This is a 6-month lease with Residential Tenancy Agreement, after which lease can be renewed by mutual agreement.
Bond lodged.

Expenses are flat rate weekly $40 for all utilities (fibre, hot water, and power) and furnishings including including fridge-freezer, heater, hob, washing machine, jug, plug in toaster oven, dehu etc.

A few minutes to Henderson shopping centre, train station, and under 30 minutes to Piha beach.

It's down a long driveway and the turning circle is a bit tight so not suitable for large vehicles (wagons, trucks etc). Regular sedans, hatchbacks, small 4x4s and motorbikes no problem - Demio, Note, Tiida, Golf, Fit, Swift, Jimny etc. Also lowered cars struggle and anyway if you drive a lowered car you'll be off vibe.

No cats/dogs. No smokers.
