Expenses are flat rate weekly $40 for all utilities (fibre, hot water, and power) and appliances icluding include heater, hob, washing machine, jug, plug in toaster oven. Unfurnished but could be furnished.

A few minutes to Henderson shopping centre, train station, and under 30 minutes to Piha beach.

No cats/dogs or smokers.
