This is the first time in several years that the house has been vacant so we're making the most of the access for deep cleaning, maintenance and gardening. We can be flexible on availability date.

Location is convenient. A downhill 2.5km walk arrives at The Terrace or you can stop along the way at Kelburn Cafes or Shops, Cable Car, Botanic Gardens, Victoria University Kelburn campus. A km to Northland provides a good choice of takeaways. Karori Mall is 2.3km away with supermarkets or visit the library or swimming pool.

There are numerous bus options. Every route that goes through Karori tunnel passes the end of the street. Number 18 connects to Victoria's Kelburn and Te Aro campuses; Massey's campus in Mt Cook and Te Whaea National Dance and Drama Campus in Newtown. Lots of bus options down to Lambton Quay for the Pipitea campus.

For primary and intermediate education both the Kelburn and Northland schools are close by. There are buses to high schools. House is in zone for Wellington College. Wellington Girl's College, Wellington High and private schools.
