My partner and I have converted our downstairs garage space into a 1 bedroom granny flat, with seperate living/kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

Rent includes internet and water, but power and gas will be at the flatmates expense.

We live upstairs in the primary dwelling and while these are separated, the driveway and recycling will be shared.

We’re looking for a mature, working professional. Couples will be considered.

This space is not suitable for pets, so will not be negotiable.
