This three-bedroom, one-bathroom villa has been recently renovated internally to include modern amenities, while retaining its character charm.

Two of the bedrooms are generously sized doubles with built-in wardrobes and ample storage. We currently use one of the bedrooms as a home office and entertainment space.

The home features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area at the rear, which opens out onto a well-positioned deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining and living area bathe the villa in afternoon sunlight.

The renovated bathroom and kitchen include all modern conveniences. The bathroom is fully tiled from floor to ceiling and features a claw foot bathtub and an open, tiled shower and underfloor heating.

We are open to renting the villa partially furnished (including fridge, washer/dryer combo, outdoor table and chairs, etc.).

The villa has exclusive rights to park on the vehicle crossing directly outside the property.
Public transport is highly accessible. The nearest bus stop is a three-minute walk away, and both Kingsland Station and the soon-to-be-opened Mt Eden/Maungawhau Station are within a 10-minute walk.
