Why is this rental so cheap?

Simply, because it's a short-term rental (1 August until 15 October) and for us it's great if we can leave our warm and healthy house to kind people at a very affordable rent.

Great for a family, but can accommodate a group with enough private space for 2 or 3 parties (2 separate entrances for a 5-6 bedroom house over 3 levels, each level with a bathroom).

Enjoy all day sun and watch amazing sunsets over the Otari Wilton Bush from your large, private deck.

For the sunny days: free energy from the solar panels on the roof (both for electricity and warm water). For the cold days: stay warm and healthy with double glazed windows and central heating in all rooms (all rooms), including bath rooms.

Enjoy open plan living with fantastic flow out to the sunny deck. Kitchen with large pantry, double dishwasher, new electric oven, new cooktop and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom in the upper floor comes with convenient walk-in wardrobe, en-suite and views across the hills to enjoy from your bed (please note: house is fully furnished, except the double bed shown in the images).

New carpets and laminate flooring. New washing machine and heat pump cloth dryer.

We love our garden, but don’t love gardening. Thus the big garden is left natural and fantastic to relax - and you need to do nothing in the garden, if you don't want to.

Walk 10-15 minutes to Countdown, Mitre 10 or the train station. Or drive just 15 minutes to Wellington CBD. Ample on street parking and also 2 spaces on your driveway in front of the house.

Basement is new, thus now about 230 sqm floor area.

Safe place for kids with a spacious garden, play house and trampoline - and, even more important: zoned for Crofton Downs Primary School (only 5 min walk).
