The spacious living room has a sofa and two armchairs, a gate-leg table for dining, a smart TV with Freeview, DVD and bluetooth speaker.

The well equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine.

A sunroom to the rear of the property has a dining table and additional sofa and overlooks the hills and lush private sunny garden with lemon tree and washing line. On a small patio outside the sunroom is a small table and chairs.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a wall hung vanity, a heat lamp and extractor fan, a separate toilet and washing machine and laundry tub. A pump has been installed to ensure excellent water pressure in the shower.
