Also comes with initial bedding, towel etc.

To pay before moving in: 3 weeks bond plus 1 week's rent in advance.

Optional $8.50 Wi-Fi per week unlimited data 2 devices. $12.50 unlimited data 4 devices.

Power $10/week per week built in to rent or alternatively pay for actual use (you decide)
