Ideal 1 year tenancy term is preferred but will consider 6 months+.

The House

New build with a modern kitchen, shared Fridge/freezer, shared lounge space with extra heatpump, couch and TV, shared bathroom w/ 1 other flatmate + extra downstairs toilet
Washing machine and Dryer, small backyard, and on-street parking
You'll be living with one other flatmate who is a working professional

Conveniently located within 500m of Walmsley Road on-off ramp to the Southwestern Motorway, easy access to public transport with a bus stop directly in front.

About You

You’re tidy, respectful, easy-going, friendly towards others and maintain good hygiene.

Rent as follow:
Single: $230 per week
Couple: $280 per week
Utilities: +$30 per person per week extra

Total move in costs = Bond (2 weeks rent) + Rent (1 week in advance)
