We are looking for a flatmate to join our home in Mangere Bridge. We’ve got a brand new double room in our new 3-bedroom townhouse that comes with its own heatpump.

Ideal 1 year tenancy term is preferred but will consider 6 months+.

Furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobe
Gets great sunlight with blackout blinds for sleep-ins
Comes with exclusive use of own Heatpump to keep the cold winter night warm and hot summer nights cool.

The House

New build with a modern kitchen, shared Fridge/freezer, shared lounge space with extra heatpump, couch and TV, shared bathroom w/ 1 other flatmate + extra downstairs toilet
Washing machine and Dryer, small backyard, and on-street parking
You'll be living with one other flatmate who is a working professional

Conveniently located within 500m of Walmsley Road on-off ramp to the Southwestern Motorway, easy access to public transport with a bus stop directly in front.

Close proximity to Middlemore Hospital, Auckland Airport, Mangere Bridge and Mangere Town Centre.

About Us

Owner (myself) doesn't reside in the flat, but is hands on in managing the flat and make sure everything is kept in order and any needs / requirements from flatmates are attained to.

About You

You’re tidy, respectful, easy-going, friendly towards others and maintain good hygiene.

Rent as follow:
Single: $250 per week
Couple: $300 per week
Utilities: +$30 per person per week extra

Total rental costs = Bond (2 weeks rent) + Rent (1 week in advance)

Plenty of on street carpark located adjacent to the main street.
