IMPORTANT: We are offering our apartment at a subsidised cost of $600 per week for our lease period. Usually this property is $750 a week, but we are looking for someone take over our lease until 19th February 2026 because we are moving. After this date you could discuss a year lease with the leasing agent but this will be at the full regular cost.
The bond to the leasing agent remains $3000 (4 weeks of rent at full cost) as this is directly to them, but each week of rent will be subsidised by us!
