Power: we have a meter in our house for the cottage but power is paid for on our power bill.
We take a reading each month and let you know the amount for power.
Sky: there is a sky dis on the roof of the cottage

There is a woodburner and heatpump in the cottage

The cottage is on a septic tank system so you must use eco friendly products

No pets sorry. We have sheep, ducks and chickens
No smoking

We will be doing a tenant check on all prospective tenants.
