With views over the Dunedin harbour, sun and privacy, this flat is always popular. The flat gets good sunshine and is in a block of purpose-built flats (8 one-bedroom units in total). It comes furnished (queen bed, couch etc) and has its own open plan kitchen/lounge with whiteware supplied. This is not a studio unit - this flat has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and open plan kitchen/lounge area all to itself.

Just a couple of blocks away is Roslyn Village which has bars, supermarket, cafes, pharmacy etc. The apartment is also very convenient to bus routes and town.

Our ideal tenants are mature single/couple, quiet living, professionals. These apartments are small and not suitable for families sorry. Also no pets, no smoking or vaping. Must have an excellent rental history and references.

There will be a 12 month lease, start date of mid August preferably. The tenants are responsible for their own electricity and wi-fi, and the landlord pays for the security lighting of the outside paths and in the hallway, and for the two washing machines which are in a laundry shared by all the apartments.
