The Home has three levels, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Pictures were taken during an Open Home ~two years ago. Minor changes.

There is an internal access garage, and two uncovered parking spaces within the gated complex. There is a main gate which requires a code (cellphone can be registered for this), and a keypad, pedestrian access gate at the other end of the complex. Safe, secure and quiet.

We would appreciate the tenants being respectful of the neighbours as the majority of townhouses in the complex are owner occupied.

Large deck area and good sun from ~midday onwards.

In the immediate vicinity of the Mt Albert train station and Carrington road Unitec. A few minutes walk from the Mt Albert shops and restraunts/takeaways. Approximately, a kilometer from the Motorway.

The house has an alarm, heat pump. A few other items can be included, if wanted; coffee table, king single, double bed, small drawers.

No pets or smokers.

A maximum of five tenants. E.G, two couples and a single.

UPDATE:

Early this year the building will be getting washed, followed by shrinkwrap, and painting of the second storey. All work will be external, and personal access in/out of the Home will not be affected, but the garage, and one parking space, will be obstructed for the duration (approx one month).
