This double four bedroom with wi fi and two bathrooms, in Tawa taking up to 5 quiet tenants is close to the train station and the shops. It has a main bathroom with a shower and separate bath and also a new Ensuite.
All have built in wardrobes and one is lockable. The toilet in the main bathroom is separate.

Large washing machine and vented dryer. It also has a tub.
The kitchen is large with a huge French double door fridge/freezer, lots of storage, a dishwasher, microwave and all the crockery, cutlery and equipment you can think of. There is also a coffee machine and a few pods to start you off.

There is a separate large dining room with a table and six chairs. The lounge is large with seating for 5 or more. A large TV and DVD player is for your use.
This house is sunny and warm. Comfortable for 4-5 tenants
The bed in the Ensuite room is a super king but it can be separated into two singles if convenient.

I will also look at renting it by the room to a maximum of 5 quiet tenants. $257 per person with a possibility of two tenants taking the ensuite room for $230 each. If one decides to take that room it would be $300 for that person in that room but they have a private bathroom.
All options have unlimited wifi and furniture and equipment included.
Furniture can be removed but same rent applies.
Power is not included. All you need to pay for apart from rent is power and rubbish removal.

There is a flat below with quiet tenants. All areas around the top flat are private.
