We are looking for a flatmate Single / Couple to join our home in Mangere Bridge. We’ve got a brand new double room plus own dedicated bathroom and Study-room in our new 3-bedroom townhouse. All fully-furnished and all appliances provided, just bring your belongings and move in !

Ideal 1 year tenancy term is preferred but will consider 6 months+.

You'll be living with 2 other flatmates (1 male & 1 female) who are friendly and easy going (1 student / 1 working professional)

Conveniently located within 500m of Walmsley Road on-off ramp to the Motorway, easy access to public transport with a bus stop directly in front.

Close proximity to Middlemore Hospital, Auckland Airport, Mangere Bridge and Mangere Town Centre.

About You

We are looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, easy-going, friendly towards others and maintain good hygiene.

Rent as follow:
Double room, own bathroom + Study: $380 per week
Utilities: +$30 per person per week extra

Total move in costs = Bond (2 weeks rent) + Rent (1 week in advance)

Plenty of on street carpark located adjacent to the main street.
