Very well insulated to stay warm in those chilly southerlies and cool in the summer.

Lower Cannon Hill Cres is an excellent location: low enough to bike to town on the cycleways (and quite possible to bike back up), or a walk to Ferrymead Park or to Ferrymead shops. High enough for a view. Multiple bus options for getting easily into town and directly out to Airport.

The house is split over two levels. We access the upstairs area via a separate entrance or garage. We are a professional couple with a toddler and a friendly dog. The dog doesn't have direct access into your apt.
