The open-plan living/dining area has a lovely window seat that follows the sunsets, and also opens onto a north-facing deck. It has a heatpump.

There is a separate bathroom (semi-ensuite), separate shower/laundry, and separate toilet upstairs, with another toilet with large vanity cupboard downstairs.

The master bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed, and you can choose from a double or single beds for the second bedroom downstairs.

All rooms (except for bathrooms!) have a panoramic view.

There is NO parking for trucks or other heavy vehicles.

The property is two storeys on a steep slope, so this house is not suitable for young children.

Fibre internet on-charged at cost, if required. Water and electricity on-charged at cost. You will not need to set up any accounts in your name.
