Scorching Bay's original waterfront homestead is fully furnished, including all utilities and an ample supply of firewood.

The villa comes with an off-street carpark and features ocean views, generous living spaces, flexible sleeping arrangements, a wood burner and a commercial-grade artisanal kitchen, custom-fitted by the Lord of the Rings production team.

From $1500 per week + depending on the configuration required. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults in the main house, and up to 12 if you include the three charming cabins connected by a lit path winding its way up under the Karaka trees. There is also a cot plus a foldout single for a small child in the main house.
