Scorching Bay's original waterfront homestead is available for a limited time, fully furnished, including all utilities and an ample supply of firewood.

The villa comes with an off-street carpark and features ocean views, generous living spaces, flexible sleeping arrangements, a wood burner and a commercial-grade artisanal kitchen, custom-fitted by the Lord of the Rings production team.
