Clifton Hall is a two story female-only residence which provides for 28 fully furnished studio rooms. All expenses included such as power (no cap), laundry facilities, dryer use, and excellent wifi.

The property includes 2 fully equipped kitchens plus 5 bathrooms and 6 toilets (Shared).

The house has a notably clean, homely, warm and an inviting appeal. Each room is assigned an individual kitchen cupboard, located in the kitchens. Our current residents include a wonderful melting pot of ladies from all over world.

Located in close proximity to the heart of the city and within walking distance to the University, restaurants, close to shops and transport.

A cleaner comes in twice a week to service the common areas.

Chattels include: Single bed and mattress, clothing storage, heater, desk and chair.
