Marton private owned house.: Available in early Feb X4 Bedroom house in Marton with large lounge, New carpet etc, DVS system. 620 a week. Can canter for 4 adults or 2-3 adults with 2-3 children, or a couple with 3-4 children, as I do not want over crowded rooms

Based on acceptance of offer on a house in Tangimoana X2 bedroom house $450 a week. Can canter for 3 adults or a couple with 2 children.

In both houses, I am after mature, responsible people who know how to pay rent on time, drama and trouble free. Who know how to respect and clean the house, maintain the section, respect for there neighbors for a peaceful and quiet environment.
No DRUG USERS!! Or alcoholics, as there has been serious problems in my other houses, serious problems with calling police, fighting with the neighbors, I do not want these types of people to disturb a peaceful environment.
Okay to have fun social events on special occasions, just be peaceful and considerate of your neighbors environment, be responsible for your actions.
Seriously N0 DOGS, As just had dogs damaging a couple of my houses, only 1-2 cats are allowed.
No LOUD cars or motorbikes, be respectful to your neighbors
