Lion Lodge is a warm and friendly boarding house with 7 Studio units and 2 one-bedroom units. 1B a Large Ground Floor Studio Unit furnished with a double bed, bedside table, 2 seater sofa, dressing table and a hutch. Plenty of space to add a work table if needed.

Great place for a single person, you get your quiet space to yourself, or if you enjoy some banter, there is always someone in the common area.....There are beaches 5 minutes stroll away. Orewa town centre and the beach is a good 15 mins walk, or the bus stop is right outside if you don't feel like walking.

All bills paid, water, electricity and internet. A shared kitchen with lots of fridge and storage space.
